The Head Package includes assembled cylinder head with top quality components (springs, retainers, titanium valves, etc.). In addition, we include rocker arms, head studs, head gasket, billet aluminum exhaust flanges, billet valve cover, NTPA required sparkplug shield, and high quality fasteners.

Each billet head is CNC machined from a solid piece of aircraft grade aluminum for the ultimate in reliability, incredible airflow and the lowest possible weight.

Port design by Dave Bamber – best airflow in pushrod tractor head to date at over 550 cfm. High airflow combined with wet flow testing and design has produced very impressive performance! Customers have been impressed with the performance over a wide rpm range and ease of tuning these cylinder heads.
Designed for maximum reliability, and light weight. The aluminum alloy and heat treat have been carefully selected for maximum heat transfer, strength, and crack resistance. In addition, the design has been optimized to eliminate hot spots which eventually lead to soft spots and/or cracking.
Two fuel down nozzle connections are provided in the head for each cylinder. The location and orientation were carefully selected to optimize wet flow. Most intake manifolds are built with an additional port in each intake runner for the idle circuit.
The oiling system built into the billet valve cover is simply connected by an o-ringed connection when the valve cover is bolted down! No need to disconnect / re-connect oil lines. In addition, the perimeter of the valve cover is sealed with an o-ring rather than a gasket. Similarly, the intake flanges are sealed to the cylinder head with o-rings.
